The role involves entering data into the accounting system, confirming compliance with union agreements and reporting requirements, and requires experience with SAG/AFTRA, DGA, WGA, MPI rate groups, and the NBF, as well as general union jurisdictions, and interpreting collective bargaining agreements within the film and television industry. Responsibilities include collaborating with Labor Relations to confirm applicable contribution requirements and rate group details and coordinating with the benefit reporting team to ensure reporting deadlines and formats are met. The role requires proficiency in Excel and G-Suite, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
