Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a Quality Enablement team
- Define and evolve a balanced test strategy
- Build and evolve test infrastructure embedded in CI/CD pipelines
Required Experience:
- Experience as a people manager leading technical or quality focused teams
- Strong background in quality engineering and test automation
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Nice to have:
- Experience with quality platforms or enablement teams
- Familiarity with Team Topologies and platform thinking
- Experience with AI assisted testing capabilities
