Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the digital and client experience analytics strategy, aligning with business priorities.
- Oversee customer journey analytics to identify pain points and improvements.
- Own the analytics strategy for AI Analytics, building measurement frameworks for agent-replacement AI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years in digital, product, or marketing analytics, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with conversational AI/LLM-driven interactions and A/B testing for AI models.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong SQL skills with Snowflake experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel.
- Proficiency in tag management systems and data visualization tools.
