Manager, Delegation Oversight Monitoring (DOM)

This role involves:

• Health audit planning and review of audit files during fieldwork.
• Determining compliance findings and essential reporting.
• Managing letter template functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing oversight of the team's leading health plan audits.
• Managing core functions of letter templates and denial letter responses.
• Handling essential reporting for the department.

Additional duties:

• Ensuring team members understand and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conducting routine internal audits and providing follow-up.
• Serving as a super user for Policy Manager.
