Job Description
As the Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll be the engine of Paddle's nurture strategy, designing, building, and optimizing lead lifecycle programs. The core purpose is to drive predictable, scalable, and efficient demand by ensuring nurture strategy, sequencing, segmentation, and automation work together to accelerate full-funnel conversion and measurable pipeline impact.
Responsibilities include automation strategy and execution, segmentation and data quality, system ownership (HubSpot & Salesforce), asset management, and testing and optimization. The role involves working with various marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality MQLs and improve pipeline conversion.
