Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify and send invoices according to contractual terms and revenue recognition rules.
• Collaborate with the Sales and RevOps teams to ensure the accuracy of invoices related to new agreements, renewals and credits.
• Respond to customer questions regarding invoices and payments.

Typical week:

• You will spend your week managing the entire billing and cash application cycle, from issuing accurate invoices to applying payments and resolving discrepancies.
• You will work closely with the Sales and RevOps teams to support new contracts, renewals and credits.
• Collaborate with clients and their procurement teams to complete integration requirements.

Team:

• You will join the Finance team, specifically the revenue accounting function.
• You will collaborate daily with the Sales, Success Revenue Operations, and RevOps teams to ensure a seamless experience from contract signing to payment.
• As we continue to grow, the team is focused on optimizing billing and onboarding processes, strengthening internal controls, and improving automation.
