Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Create invoices in QuickBooks Online based on agreements.
- Ensure invoices are issued on time.
- Maintain documentation tying invoices to source quotes.
Receivables & Payment Tracking:
- Monitor invoice status in QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile client payments received.
- Investigate unapplied cash or misapplied payments.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or billing roles.
- Strong experience using QuickBooks Online.
- Understanding of A/R aging and cash collection concepts.
