Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's travel and entertainment, employee expense reimbursement, and corporate credit card programs.
- Review and approve expense reports for policy compliance and administer the corporate card program.
- Support Sunshine Act reporting by collecting and validating HCP transfers of value.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of T&E, expense reimbursement, and corporate card administration.
- Experience with SOX, internal controls, and operational accounting in a biopharma context.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Concur, Navan, Ramp, TriNet, FloQast, Tipalti, and advanced Excel.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote position with up to 10% travel.
