Team Leadership:

Hire and develop inclusive, engaged, and high performing Global Enterprise Engineering teams.

Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills.

Develop and grow the team’s skills through coaching, mentoring, and enablement.

Technical Expertise:

Act as a technical coach, mentor, and problem solver.

Help with technical escalations.

Navigate complex technical solutions.

Process Improvement:

Identify gaps in processes.

Take initiative and ownership to build out programs and processes in support of the SE team.

Drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across departments.
