Head of Product

At Leonardo.Ai, as Head of Product, you will be at the heart of redefining what’s possible in AI-powered creativity. Sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll shape AI features, drive the product roadmap, and lead the product function across B2C and B2B. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and our C-Suite - scoping, experimenting, validating and building market leading design features for our users. Being in one of the fastest-evolving industries in the world, needs a product leader who thrives in ambiguity and makes smart calls quickly. In this role, you Embed the customer-led growth strategy by incorporating deep customer insights and engagement into product planning and prioritisation across your team. You'll collaborate with the C-Suite on our product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, innovation opportunities and go-to-market strategies. You'll lead, mentor and grow a talented team across Product and Technical Project Management who work in a Tribe structure, fostering a culture of teamwork, creativity, productivity and excellence. Continuously analyse user feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions. Build highly collaborative relationships with other leaders, primarily with the Engineering, Design and Marketing teams, aligning stakeholders around clear priorities and outcomes.
