Senior Staff Engineer, AI Engineering

Redefine how software is built through the use of AI. In this role, you'll explore, prototype, and apply AI techniques that directly improve developer productivity — from code generation and test automation to intelligent refactoring and release acceleration. You’ll bring these innovations to life in real product environments and partner with our Developer Platform team to scale them into the tools and systems used by engineers across Hims & Hers.

As a Senior Staff Engineer, you’ll operate with broad technical influence. You’ll lead special projects where AI-assisted engineering can deliver meaningful business impact, mentor teams on practical AI adoption, and help shape the long-term vision for how we build, test, and ship software faster and better. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for builders who lead through experimentation, collaboration, and results.
