Job Description
The Training Operation Specialist designs, manages, and evaluates training programs to ensure all Proper team members have the tools, skills, and knowledge to thrive in their roles. They are the go-to person for maintaining the LMS, coordinating training logistics, and driving continuous improvement in learning initiatives.
Main Responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging, scalable training materials (e-learning, live sessions, guides), assigning and tracking training via LMS, maintaining LMS content and troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing training data to report on completion rates, knowledge retention, and impact, coordinating training logistics, gathering and integrating feedback from participants, and partnering with managers to align training initiatives with business needs.
