The Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates for active and upcoming roles. This position focuses on high-volume sourcing efforts, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified leads for the recruiting team. The Sourcer will leverage various sourcing channels and initiate first contact with potential candidates to assess interest and basic fit, handing over warm leads to the TA team for next steps.

The Demand Generation Manager is the architect of Proper AI’s inbound and paid pipeline engine. This person replaces our paid media agency and takes ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline from paid channels, retargeting, landing pages, and nurture flows. They are both analytical and creative — equally comfortable writing ad copy and analyzing CAC by channel.
