Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (inbound and outbound) to drive qualified deal flow.
  • Build and manage cold outreach sequences (email and LinkedIn) targeting business owners and investors.
  • Test and optimize outreach messaging, cadence, targeting, and list quality for better conversion rates.

Marketing Automation & CRM:

  • Own day-to-day management of HubSpot: workflows, list segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign tracking.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, pipeline reporting, and attribution tracking in partnership with the deal origination team.
  • Build and manage nurture sequences aligned to the buyer and seller journey.

AI Development & Automation:

  • Build in-house AI tools, agents, and workflows using Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other LLM platforms.
  • Develop custom skills, prompt systems, and automation pipelines for recurring marketing tasks.
  • Use AI coding tools hands-on to build internal utilities, dashboards, and integrations for the marketing team.
