What You'll Do:

• Turn complex frameworks into simple, compelling narratives that teams can execute confidently.
• Support the creation of pitches that tell powerful stories through strategy, data, and insight.
• Run strategy sessions grounded in lifecycle thinking, best practices, and proven CRM principles.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 6+ years of hands-on CRM experience, including 2+ years in a dedicated CRM Strategy role.
• Strong working knowledge of leading CRM platforms like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing customer communications and using insights to shape future campaigns.
