Key Accountabilities:
- Lead execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Configure and customize Braze or comparable platforms to translate strategies into solutions.
- Build, launch, and optimize targeted campaigns using segmentation and automation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in CRM or marketing automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
- Valid authorization to work in Germany and comfortable with BYOD policy.
