Role Overview:
- As a Senior CRM Consultant, you’ll deliver high-impact CRM programmes that create meaningful customer experiences across multiple channels.
- You will work within a modern Martech ecosystem, planning and optimizing campaigns across email, SMS, push, content cards, WhatsApp, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of CRM campaigns and configure Braze to implement agreed strategies and journeys.
- Build, launch, and optimize targeted campaigns using segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure delivery quality, and monitor performance to provide actionable insights.
