Job Description
Lead strategy and execution for SEO/AIO, CRO, and GEO initiatives to increase qualified traffic and improve conversion rates. Partner with design, content, product marketing, and website teams to optimize landing pages, user flows, and overall website performance. Own website testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate, personalization) and translate findings into scalable wins. Manage website analytics implementation (GA4, GTM, etc.), ensuring accurate tracking of traffic, conversions, and key events. Partner with RevOps and Channel Marketers to align website reporting with funnel and pipeline metrics. Audit and improve tagging, pixels, and data integrity across the website ecosystem.
Collaborate with channel marketers, the website team, and product marketing to ensure campaigns are optimized through the website. Work with web development partners to scope, prioritize, and launch enhancements. Provide insights and reporting to leadership on website performance and optimization opportunities.
