BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role:

• This is a fully remote clinical leadership opportunity focused on delivering high-quality ABA services to children ages 3–18.
• You will lead and support Behavior Technicians providing in-home services while overseeing meaningful clinical outcomes.
• The role combines clinical assessment, individualized treatment planning, progress monitoring, and family collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide clinical oversight to a team of Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services.
• Conduct client assessments remotely and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust interventions when clinically appropriate.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification and a valid New York LBA are required.
• Must reside in the United States and have experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision.
