About the Role:
- This is a fully remote clinical leadership opportunity focused on delivering high-quality ABA services to children ages 3–18.
- You will lead and support Behavior Technicians providing in-home services while overseeing meaningful clinical outcomes.
- The role combines clinical assessment, individualized treatment planning, progress monitoring, and family collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide clinical oversight to a team of Behavior Technicians delivering in-home ABA services.
- Conduct client assessments remotely and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust interventions when clinically appropriate.
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification and a valid New York LBA are required.
- Must reside in the United States and have experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision.
