Staff Frontend Engineer - Frontend Core Libraries

What you’ll be doing:

• Build efficient, reusable frontend abstractions and systems that help platformise Canva’s product experience
• Define and drive the team’s technical roadmap in partnership with the subgroup lead and product engineering stakeholders
• Identify and champion improvements to frontend engineering practices, patterns and methodologies

Qualifications:

• At home working in our core web technology environment - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, MobX
• Strong understanding of first party and third party libraries in a large scale organisation
• Tackle both frontend and backend architecture, allowing you to drive full-stack improvements
