Patient Recruitment Specialist

The Patient Recruitment Specialist will work remotely under the supervision of the Patient Recruitment Manager. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment activities, including mastering protocol-specific criteria, developing recruitment strategies, tracking results, and phone screening potential participants. They will also enter information into the clinical database and schedule on-site visits. The role requires making 60+ outbound calls daily, assessing eligibility, answering incoming calls, and maintaining knowledge of medical indications. The candidate should ensure accurate data collection, provide excellent service, and support team members.
