What You’ll Own:
- Execution of the automation roadmap set by the AI Practices Lead, turning priorities into working systems.
- Automation and supporting infrastructure for project management and delivery, including work status and handoffs.
- Client reporting dashboards and internal agency dashboards built to be accurate and low-maintenance.
How Success Is Measured:
- Automations ship and go live on the timeline set by the AI Practices Lead.
- Dashboards and systems are trusted and used daily by the teams they serve.
- Manual, repetitive work measurably decreases across key functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain automation and infrastructure for project management workflows.
- Build capacity planning tools and systems tracking team load.
- Work directly with affected teams to ensure systems fit how they work.
