Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure full SCA compliance for wages, benefits, and classification, applying wage determinations and collaborating with payroll.
  • Administer collective bargaining agreements, advise on labor relations, manage grievances, and assist in negotiation preparation.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity, develop HR policies, and manage employee relations issues and investigations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or 8 years of government contracting HR experience, with at least 6 years specializing in SCA compliance.
  • Must have labor relations experience in unionized environments and proficiency with HRIS systems like Jamis and Microsoft Office.
  • Needs strong communication, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and project management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
