PlayOn is seeking a Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding service to MaxPreps customers, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution. In this role, you'll enhance customer brand loyalty by offering exceptional support and efficiently handling tickets. Expect to answer phone calls, respond to customer service tickets via email, and accurately enter high school sports data.
To excel, knowledge of Windows 10, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of fan culture are essential. Experience with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
