Job Description

Be the go-to payroll contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, processing and ongoing support. Manage the full payroll pipeline, partner with Sales and CS, and own client payroll calendars. Coordinate with our external payroll bureau to ensure accurate and timely processing for all client accounts. Keep payroll processes compliant with HMRC, PAYE, NI, pensions, holiday pay, and other regulations. Standardise workflows across clients, streamline for efficiency, and partner with Product/Engineering to help shape smarter payroll tools. Be the in-house payroll expert, answering queries and ensuring teams have the right documentation and guidance.
