- Standardize IT project and program portfolio management spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Implement portfolio planning and prioritization processes that consider business value, customer impact, and risk.
- Lead execution of complex, cross-functional IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Internal Dogfooding & Reference Deployment of Acumatica Internal ERP:
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for internal use of Acumatica Internal ERP, ensuring it's a best-in-class implementation.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services to ensure the Internal ERP environment serves as a reference for customers.
- Capture and share internal use cases, metrics, and success stories demonstrating the business impact of Acumatica Internal ERP.
