Meta Ads Specialist

We're seeking a high-level Meta Ads Specialist to lead the advertising strategy for a new global ecommerce venture focused on D2C home decor for European football fans. You will be responsible for designing and executing Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns using AI-enhanced targeting, optimized for conversion across highly passionate, remote fanbases. This is a hands-on role. You will operate initially as a contributor reporting to the head of the 2-person area while laying the groundwork to grow and lead a team in the near future. Strong management skills are a must. Responsibilities include setting up and managing Meta ad campaigns focused on ROAS, using Meta's AI tools to hyper-target niche audiences, running simulations to test reach and ad performance across multiple regions, providing reports and insights, and collaborating with content and product teams.
