Job Description
Lead and execute: The position is responsible for the end-to-end deployment of Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI) solutions, including planning, design, configuration, integration, testing, and go-live. Additionally the position will conduct as-is assessments of client’s collaboration environment and recommend migration/modernization strategies.
Technical Skills: Configuring Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, Expressway, IM & Presence, and other collaboration applications within the Webex DI environment, integrating Webex DI with cloud services and on-premises systems.
Collaboration: Work with network, security, and voice teams to ensure smooth interoperability and compliance. Also provides knowledge transfer, documentation, and training to clients and internal teams.
