Employment Law:
- Assist HR with employee matters, including relations, investigations, and compliance.
- Support US and global HR teams, updating employee-related agreements.
- Monitor developments in employment law.
Litigation:
- Assist with management of legal disputes globally, including litigation and administrative actions.
- Oversee legal hold life-cycle and ensure maintenance of defensible process.
- Develop and draft litigation, discovery and legal hold policy documents.
Dispute Resolution and Support Customer/Data Operations:
- Manage/resolve claims/disputes with third parties, vendors, and customers.
- Serve as primary support for customer and data operations groups handling claims.
- Provide training and guidance on handling disputes.
