Job Description
This position will oversee end-to-end customer delivery within Cloud Managed Services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and handling escalations related to service quality. The candidate will manage customer-impacting projects, including Transformation and Transition (T&T) and needs fluency in German for direct customer interaction and proficiency in English for communication with international teams. The role requires experience managing project scope based on budget and contract size and the ability to plan operations and strategize service delivery in terms of time, quality, and cost.
