Responsibilities:
- Execute manual and automated tests for the Food Rescue App to ensure quality and reliability.
- Write and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright, following best practices.
- Validate new functionality across browsers and devices for a consistent user experience.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected behavior.
- Re-test fixes to confirm resolution and support regression testing before releases.
Eligibility and Attributes:
- Must be a youth between 18 and 30 years old, a Canadian citizen/permanent resident/refugee with valid SIN, and available for the full contract.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong data entry, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Communicative and customer-focused, with at least 1 year of software QA experience and familiarity with Kanban boards like Jira.
- Knowledgeable in QA testing methodologies and able to perform smoke, system, integration, and regression testing.
