Senior ERP Systems Manager

The Senior ERP Systems Manager is a critical subject matter expert for the organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, with a primary focus on Workday. This role ensures the ERP systems align with strategic business objectives, particularly for Human Resources (HR). The manager will be heavily involved in a multi-year Workday implementation, migrating from our current system Paylocity, and will be responsible for helping to manage the super user community and providing best practices to ensure optimal system usage and adoption. The manager will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of new modules and system enhancements within Workday and change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and high user adoption of the new platform. They will also ensure the integrity and security of all ERP data through robust access controls, audits, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
