Overview:

• Seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide.
• Client needs a Marketing Virtual Assistant for marketing tasks and content operations.
• VA will operationalize ideas and maintain consistency.

Scope of Services:

• Provide services that align with marketing execution & content operations, marketing organization & process support, website & platform support.
• Perform light administrative tasks and maintain clear documentation of work.
• Communicate progress, questions, and suggestions proactively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or marketing assistant roles is required.
• Familiarity with social media management, email marketing, and content workflows.

System and Tools:

• Experience with Metricool, Mailchimp, Adobe Photoshop/Express/Illustrator.
• Comfortable with WordPress and Google Workspace.
• Able to use ChatGPT/Claude for execution support.
