Virtual Content & Administrative Support

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Implement content by entering and formatting articles in WordPress.

-Create social media posts and basic graphics from existing materials utilizing Canva.

-Download and post videos to YouTube, adding titles/descriptions from provided information.

Qualifications:

-Must be emotionally steady and comfortable with sensitive content about death and grief.

-Must be thoughtful, organized, and proactive about asking questions.

-Possesses good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to follow and improve processes.

Experience:

-Proficiency in WordPress for content implementation and formatting articles.

-Experience with Canva for graphics/flyers and downloading/posting videos.

-Familiarity with Kit (formerly ConvertKit), StreamYard (webinars) and Circle (community platform).
