Senior Software Engineer, Internal Platforms

About the Role:

• This is a senior, hands-on software engineering role where you will design, build, and maintain internal applications and services.
• About 70% of the role is software development; 30% covers data and platform work.
• You will work cross-functionally with the VP of Data Science, Director of IT, and operational leaders.

What You'll Do:

• Own internal software end to end, from requirements through deployment and maintenance.
• Set and raise the engineering bar by establishing standards for code quality and review.
• Build and maintain AI-enabled workflows and ensure production reliability with monitoring and incident response.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of professional software development with experience shipping production applications.
• Strong fundamentals in design, testing, and Git workflows; experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and understanding of secure coding practices.
