Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve functional incidents in a live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP.
- Gather new business requirements and propose improvements for ERP processes.
- Collaborate with support, development, and business teams in an international environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst with strong Finance processes knowledge.
- Experience in ERP environments (implementation or maintenance) and fluent English and Polish.
- Nice to have: Dynamics 365 experience, Functional Consultant background, or support environment experience.
