Senior Community Marketing Manager

Architect a comprehensive community strategy that serves our most loyal advocates while thoughtfully expanding to new audiences like developers, marketers, and enterprise teams. You’ll be responsible for our most critical community programs, while building the infrastructure needed to scale Webflow’s community as a sustainable growth channel. Translate community insight into impact by proactively listening to community feedback, trends, and sentiment to inform programming, surface needs, and amplify community voices internally and externally. Design scalable programs that empower the community to host regional events, create and share content, and participate in high-impact activations that strengthen community connection and amplify Webflow’s brand. Manage platforms, implement unified community moderation, and establish consistent measurement and reporting across channels. Cultivate and amplify authentic user-generated content in partnership with key community leaders to drive awareness, education, and adoption of Webflow’s core products.
