Job Description
Operational Foundation:
- Design and implement operational frameworks across people, processes, tools, finance, procurement, and governance.
- Establish standards, policies, and best practices that create consistency while enabling team autonomy.
- Manage the operational tools strategy and implementation to improve team effectiveness.
Financial Operations:
- Manage budget tracking across Brand Marketing teams and partner with Finance on budget reviews.
- Track marketing spend, optimize budget efficiency, and identify opportunities for reallocation.
- Understand financial models and frameworks that enable data-driven investment decisions.
People Operations:
- Partner with the VP of Brand Marketing on organizational design, headcount planning, and team structure.
- Support hiring processes, onboarding programs, and team growth initiatives.
- Create systems that support team culture, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
