Job Purpose:
- Serve as the hands-on, primary interface between the client and internal production teams for localization and linguistic AI data services.
- Be directly engaged in daily project execution, managing client relationships and ensuring project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage customer expectations to align requirements with feasibility.
- Closely monitor and control project financials through budgets, invoicing, and vendor selection and payment.
- Conduct risk assessment, create mitigation plans, and handle escalations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Skills & Experience:
- Requires a university degree in IT, business, or management and 5+ years of project management experience leading teams and communicating with enterprise customers.
- Excellent verbal and written English proficiency is essential, with linguistic or data labeling project experience being a plus.
- PMI and/or Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
