You will focus on platform initiatives that help Swiftly reach new markets and multiply the value of all our products; areas like identity and access management, APIs and MCPs, localization, as well as our internal product operations. You will synthesize data to identify and prioritize product opportunities and conduct user and market research to explore the problem space. You will also collaborate on ideation and prototyping to explore the solution space.
