Swiftly is seeking a Director of Product Design to develop and grow our product design and UXR team. This role will guide designers towards optimal design and UX outcomes while considering business needs. The director will lead cross-functional collaborations and identify strategic opportunities for the design team, working closely with the VP of Product to establish design excellence.

Responsible for leading and managing a successful territory plan, involving understanding the needs and challenges of stakeholders, and collaborating with Solutions Engineers to deliver platform demos. Also involves presenting compelling business cases that demonstrate measurable ROI, and convincing decision-makers that Swiftly can help achieve organizational outcomes and guiding clients through procurement processes.
