Virtual Practice Operations Associate

The Virtual Practice Operations Associate supports clinic operations and assists leadership to drive service delivery improvements. They ensure practice operations and team members are knowledgeable of and in compliance with applicable regulatory, licensing, billing, and accrediting agency standards. Responsibilities include assisting with clinic communications, compiling patient feedback, addressing patient concerns, running insurance verification, outlining billing responsibilities, and supporting billing issues with external vendors. The associate also supports contracting with insurance payors, credentialing providers, and developing actionable reports for leadership, while providing day-to-day practice operations support to both the care team and patients, including covering the front desk.
