Senior Product Manager, Identity

As the Senior Product Manager, Identity, you'll guide product direction for a cross-functional team of engineering, analytics, and platform partners with a platform mindset. You will influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs, define product requirements, and work with engineering teams through sprint planning and prioritization to deliver requirements alongside other stakeholders on planning and launching the products/features. You will measure ongoing success of the product area and report to the leadership team, becoming an authority in Affirm’s Identity systems, their pain points, and opportunities for improvement by identifying customer needs, compliance requirements, and technology gaps through user research, feedback, data exploration, and competitive analysis. You will also be an expert on industry trends of Identity platform capabilities, and utilize that knowledge to shape the roadmap, while using clear and crisp communication with stakeholders to drive alignment across multiple teams.
