Job Description
This role is not focused on sales, but rather on relationship management, compliance coordination, and internal process optimisation. The Account Manager will lead and coordinate the KYB/KYC process for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and full compliance with regulatory requirements. They will act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and throughout the lifecycle.
The Account Manager will also conduct monthly account reconciliations with clients, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams. This person will coordinate with the Data and Product teams to gather and communicate client-facing reports and insights and track and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring the timely collection of payments. The Account Manager will support ongoing process optimisation efforts across KYB, invoicing, and client reporting workflows and CRM implementation.
