Strategic Event Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies across all Prefect products.
  • Own budget planning, ROI measurement, and performance reporting for all event initiatives.

Event Execution:

  • Lead execution of hosted and sponsored events across global markets.
  • Design experiences that showcase Prefect's platforms to data engineers, ML engineers, and other developers.
  • Own end-to-end execution of customer advisory events in partnership with product and sales teams.

Community & Program Leadership:

  • Launch and manage online community initiatives including forums, user groups, and ambassador programs.
  • Create engagement strategies that bridge open source users with enterprise customer opportunities.
  • Oversee full event lifecycle from driving registrations to post-event lead nurturing across all developer events.
