Role Overview:
- Be part of the NBCU Global Service Desk, branded as TechLine.
- Resolve a high percentage of issues at first contact.
- Ensure customer satisfaction targets are maintained and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to NBCU employees and partners.
- Utilize knowledge of Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Work with clients across different time zones.
Qualifications:
- Experience with common technologies.
- Relevant IT support experience.
- Ability to work from home full-time.
