Job Description
This individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles across retail channels. They will also develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, margin analysis, and capital allocation decisions. This role involves driving automation and optimization of Finance processes using advanced Excel, BI platforms, and ERP integrations. They will lead business intelligence deep-dives to identify patterns and drivers, and convert findings into recommendations with a bias for action. This person will champion an AI-first approach to FP&A, using ChatGPT as a daily analysis partner, and implement solutions ranging from CustomGPT’s to automated workflows.
