Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of contact for customers in an assigned accounts receivable portfolio, reviewing delinquent accounts and spearheading follow-up action plans.
- Partner with sales, dealers, and field office management to communicate account status and expedite resolution, driving operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of commercial collections or customer service experience preferred, with consideration for college graduates possessing strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to make 30+ effective customer contacts daily and manage portfolios larger than $2M, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
