Job Description

This is a contract position with great growth opportunities and commissions based on performance. Focuses on nurturing inbound and outbound leads and moving them through the sales funnel. Converts warm leads or long-term follow-ups. Conducts initial consultations to assess borrower needs and motivations. Schedules borrower appointments with Loan Officers or Loan Partners. Tracks and manages a pipeline of potential borrowers, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up. Works closely with marketing teams to capitalize on campaigns and lead flow. Focuses on lead generation and appointment setting for Loan Officers. Makes outbound calls, sends emails, or uses other outreach strategies to qualify inbound or outbound leads. Transfers qualified leads to Loan Officers or Loan Partners for further consultation. Tracks leads in a CRM and ensures timely follow-up. Often works with a pipeline of leads from online sources, marketing campaigns, or referral partners.
