Ruby API Senior Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications and RESTful API endpoints.
• Develop scalable and maintainable APIs supporting integrations between applications.
• Enhance existing applications following established development and architectural best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of professional software development.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and strong RESTful API design.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and modern web application development.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD.
• Experience in federal government or healthcare IT environments preferred.
